The exhibit included a
beautiful display of traditional costumes from Panama, such as
the glamorous and luxurious Pollera, the exotic and colorful
attire of our Kuna Indians, as seen in the picture, and Victor
Grimaldo.

The presence of the
Panamanian Consul in Los Angeles, Lic. Fernando Daly, the
famous Latin actor and sponsor of the event, Edward James
Olmos, the Panamanian representative in the Miss Panamerican
Beauty Pageant, Wendy Gonzales, and the members of the Ballet
Folklorico Viva Panama, were amongst many friends and fans.
